Fried tofu with vegetables

Ingredients

For 2 persons: 200 g of tofu, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 1 courgette, 1 tomato, 1 yellow pepper, 100 g of peas, oil, aromatic salt, pepper, soy sauce (optional)

Instructions

Chop some vegetables (eg two carrots, Zucchini, red pepper) and add some peas.
Cook steam for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile Saute a chopped onion in a little oil, add the tofu and tomato diced. Then add the other vegetables, aromatic salt, pepper and soy sauce (optional).

buona! io anziché la soia, che è sempre un po salata, uso misto spezie curry cardamomo , cumino e i semi finocchio macinati - e un pochino di latte di soia -
