Blancmanger with lemon

Ingredients

800 g of vegetable milk (or milk and 600 g 200 g of water, so that it is not sticky)
200 g sugar
75 g of corn starch
1 pinch of vanilla
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel

For the lascivious variant:
pistachios and chocolate chunks

Instructions

Mix together all the ingredients cold.
Put on low heat and thicken.

For the lascivious variant:
Pour a layer of Blancmange mould, then one of pistachios, one of dark chocolate into small pieces and another layer of Blancmange.
Place the mold in the fridge and turn out cold.

Invece del latte uso quello di mandorle light o latte di cocco light

la ricetta è carina...mi permetto un suggerimento...se posso...in Sicilia il bianco mangiare lo prepariamo con il latte di mandorle. Si può adoperare quello gia dolcificato o anche quello naturale mantenendo le dosi che suggerite. Inoltre tradizionalmente lo serviamo su foglie di agrumi (limoni per lo più) e guarniamo con fiori di zagara o granella di mandorle tostate.
