1 finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, crushed or chopped
50 ml coconut milk
1 or 2 teaspoons of curry
2 tablespoons oil


Golden yellow, garlic and onion in oil, add the curry, brown slightly, add the coconut milk and thicken until creamy.

Per rendere ancora più esotica questa salsa, potete aggiungere la banana o l'ananas o il mango, oppure della senape per le patate bollite e per le cipolle alla brace.

Buonissima assieme alla polenta! :o)
Ho tagliato a quadrotti e fatto saltare in padella con un filo di olio quella avanzata di ieri, poi l'ho servita assieme a questa salsa... slurrrrrp!!!
