1 kg of flour
vegetable milk
cloves (to taste)
1 pinch of cinnamon
200 g ground almonds
200 g sugar
100 g margarine 100% vegetable
10 g baking soda
zest of 1 Tangerine
Peel of 1 lemon, finely chopped


Mix all ingredients together in a little milk (add it a little at a time), just enough to make the dough: the consistency should be similar to pastry.
Put the mixture in the fridge to rest for 30 minutes; then roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cut the biscuits shaped like a "U" or squares.
Put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees; When they are ready, remove from the oven and sprinkle with almond flakes and grated lemon rind.
