Ingredients

300 g wheat flour-1 pinch salt- 150 gr margarine-1 dl water (enough for a mold of about 25 cm in diameter)

Instructions

Put the flour and salt in a bowl. Cut the chilled margarine into small pieces. Pour the water into a saucepan, add the margarine and slowly bring the mixture to a boil. Pour liquid on immediatamenteil flour and stir thoroughly with a wooden spoon. As soon as the mixture is cool enough to handle, shape it into a ball. If it seems too dry or crumbly, add more boiling water.
N.b. Roll immediately into the pan and have the stuffing already prepared!

buona! ma provate a farla con olio di semi di girasole bio spremuto a freddo al posto della margarina

Io la faccio mettendo nel frullatore 300 gr di farina di frumento 0 oppure 1, 100 gr di vino bianco, 80 gr di olio (quello che preferite, io uso quello evo) e un pizzico si sale. Tutto bio ovviamente!
