3 or 4 potatoes
garlic powder or 1 clove crushed
parsley to taste
Pepper (black, white, green ... According to taste! (I put the white one)
00 flour or rice to taste.
extra virgin olive oil
Ideally, you should boil the potatoes skin, and do so only after baking, but I often don't have patience/time and the hair and the cut in half (do not cut more if not then remain too runny).
Boil in salted water (with lid, then when bubbles leaving him a little relieved).
The potatoes are ready when "trying" with the fork are soft! :)
Put the potatoes in a dish or even better in colander and leave them to cool without putting them under water (or break), then mash, add the garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and mix.
Add the flour, stirring until you reach the right consistency (so that you can work with your hands, but not too dry).
Make meatballs and wipe it in flour.
Put a little oil in a pan and cook the meatballs a few minutes until they are lightly browned.
I to form a nice crust and keeping good shape (they are rather delicate) in early get up a bit the flame and not the round immediately after a few minutes the lap, I leave two more minutes and then stop so they cook without burning. :)
If in the end I raise again the flame to brown them.
