200 g spelt bio
1 bunch of basil
4 nuts bio
10 pine nuts bio
organic extra virgin olive oil to taste
sea salt to taste
1 tbsp vegan parmesan


Wash the basil and remove the leaves.
In a robot put vegan parmesan, basil, pine nuts, walnuts salt and oil.
Reduce everything to a cream and measured out the oil to make the pesto.

Serve hot or warm.
