For 4 people

200 grams of dried lentils

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 stalk of celery

1 clove of garlic

3 small zucchini

4 peeled tomatoes

1 liter of vegetable stock



Wash the lentils and leave to soak for 8 hours.

After this time, rinse and drain.
