Ingredients

For 6-8 people
500 g Venus black rice
300 g of lentils
500 g cherry tomatoes
fresh chives
extra virgin olive oil
aromatic salt

Instructions

A rich, fragrant and colorful recipe for a complete meal when it's hot.

Boil the rice in lightly salted water and, separately and without the addition of salt, lentils.
When they are ready, drain immediately, rinse under cold water to stop the cooking and pour in a large salad bowl, where it will join also the cherry tomatoes cut into two or more parts and chopped chives.
Season with the excellent olive oil cold pressed and very little aromatic salt.
