Seitan roast with potatoes

Ingredients

For 4 people
1 medium-sized seitan roast
1 Kg potatoes
2 sprigs of rosemary
2 cloves of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
aromatic salt

Instructions

A dish fit for a dinner with friends when it's cold outside ... and also really enjoyed by children!

Boil the potatoes in their skins and when are soft, drain and put them under cold water, then peel and cut into chunks.
Oiled a baking, rub on the bottom a clove of garlic, add the potatoes, flavored with aromatic salt, sprinkle with the olive oil and gently rimestatele.
Place in the center of the pan the seitan roast and brush it with a little olive oil, then add a few sprigs of rosemary and garlic: the latter can leave it whole and take it off when cooked or cut it into small pieces and mix with the potatoes, depends on the tastes!
Bake in a hot oven, about 200° C, for 30-40 minutes, until everything is well browned and serve hot.
