Hummus with pea, avocado and mint

For 3-4 people

250 g of frozen peas
1/2 ripe avocado
the juice of 1/2 lemon
3-4 mint leaves
1 pinch of salt
1 ground pepper


A sifiosa sauce for many different uses, from appetizers to pasta seasoning or other cereals in grain or as a side dish.

Blanch the peas for 3 minutes, then rinse under cold running water.
Check out the avocado flesh with a spoon and place in a food processor along with the peas and condiments.
Blend until creamy dense and homogeneous.
If necessary, add a few tablespoons of water.
