For 4 people
500 g of cabbage or other vegetables in autumn leaf
500 g pumpkin
4 or 5 carrots
1 onion
extra virgin olive oil
miso, or sea salt up


Peel all the vegetables and cut them into chunks.
Fairies sauté the onion in the oil, add all the vegetables, cover with water or vegetable stock and allow to simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
Serve hot and season the soup with miso or salt.
