Stir fry broccoli with tofu

For 2 persons: approx 300 g broccoli-tofu 100 g-oil- aromatic salt -pepper-soy sauce


Wash and cut broccoli and cook by steaming.
Put them in a large pan with a little oil, add the aromatic salt (or, Alternatively, regular salt and some other flavoring to your taste) and pepper.
Cut tofu into cubes approximately 100 g half a cm and connect them to broccoli.
Finally add some soy sauce, mix well and serve.

Buonissimi, soprattutto con l'aggiunta di carote a rondelle saltate prima con un po' di margarina vegetale.
