Medallions of tofu and cereals

For 4 persons: 200 grams of tofu, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon shoyu or tamari (are two slightly different types of soy sauce), 2-3 tablespoons water, 1 clove of garlic or a small onion, parsley (or Basil), capers (or green or black olives), a cup of a soft corn already cooked (millet, couscous, bulgur, or oatmeal soaked in broth)
Put all the ingredients in a blender (except corn) and blend until creamy.
This can be used as a snack or appetizer spread on bread (delicious!).
Mix the tofu cream with corn and make mashed dumplings, to be passed in breadcrumbs and then lightly brown for a few minutes in the oven or in a pan mildly oiled.
Serve with side salad.
