Vegan fish fillets with sauce

Ingredients

For 2 people
300 g fillets of fish vegan
100 g of tomato purée bio
100 g cherry tomatoes bio
1 white onion bio
organic extra virgin olive oil to taste.
chilli shelled q.b.
white wine without sulfites bio q.b.
70 g soya granules

Instructions

Cook for 10-15 minutes the tomatoes together with the onion and salt.
With a blender, make a sauce with the tomatoes and onion granules left in water and wrung out.
Meanwhile put the fillets in oil and cook for a few minutes on both sides.
Deglaze with white wine.
Add the sauce and cook for a few minutes adding chili.
