Rice with pesto

- 200 g boiled rice

- Ligurian pesto

- cooked ribs

- almond flakes

For the pesto

- 60g basil

- 40g pine nuts

- 1 garlic clove

- evo oil

- salt


If you too happen to have lunch on the balcony in the sun and you begin to crad something fresh, I propose this rice, as an alternative to the usual rice salad, which I invented with what I had in the fridge.

Blend all the pesto ingredients and season the boiled rice after adding the already cooked ribs and almond flakes.
