Banana bread

- 2 bananas

- 220 ml vegetable milk

- 250 flour (also wholemeal for a more rustic dessert)

- 5 dates

- 20 ml seed oil

- 1 sachet of yeast

- 1 pinch of salt

- 30 g dark chocolate chips


Blend 1 banana with the dates and milk.

Add oil, yeast, flour, a pinch of salt and chocolate chips.

Mix well and pour into a previously ated plum cake pan.

Garnish with the other banana cut into strips.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes (always do the stick test before churning).


PS: variant, which I will try shortly, replacing the chocolate chips with raisins or chopped nuts... or all together, why not?!

Era ciò che cercavo da mesi, però avrei preferito senza lievito in quanto sono intollerante.

Ciao Maria Grazia! Puoi provare a sostituire il lievito con un cucchiaino di bicarbonato al quale aggiungere,al momento,poche gocce di succo di limone. Dovrebbe "friggere" e gonfiare abbastanza bene! Io non l'ho ancora provato in questo dolce,ma piuttosto di non poterlo mangiare, proverei...
