Seitan with tomato

For 2 people: 2 slices of seitan, extra virgin olive oil, tomato sauce, oregano (or Basil)
Put a little olive oil in a frying pan with seitan. Add 3 or 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce and allow to restrict right the sauce, turning the seitan cutlets to brown them well. Finally add a pinch of oregano (or Basil) and serve with a nice vegetables and/or salad.
