Dauphinoise potato gratin

For 4 people: 400/500 g potatoes- aromatic salt (regular salt is fine too)- white sauce


Boil the potatoes (do not overdo it because it will then baked again), peel them and cut them into thin slices, layered in a baking dish.
Put a little salt--preferably aromatic-and sprinkle with the sauce that in the meantime you proceeded to prepare.
Bake in a hot oven for about 20-30 minutes, until it is formed a nice golden crust. Remove and serve.
