1) To heat the oil and sauté the rosemary.
2) After a while add walnuts and brown them just.
3) Combine olive oil, rosemary and nuts to the dough and knead.
4) When the oil is absorbed, roll out the dough and add the raisins softened or fresh grapes.
5) Sprinkle with a little sugar.
6) Bake for 40/50 minutes.
