Linguine with lemon

For 4 people: 400 g of linguine – 2 lemons – extra virgin olive oil salt pepper parsley Basil – – – – – nutritional yeast or wheat germ (optional)
Squeeze 2 lemons and strain the juice to remove the seeds. In a bowl, mix the juice with the olive oil, do it in three or four tablespoons, then add salt, pepper (powdered or, much better, chopped fresh Chili), chopped parsley and Basil in equal amount, about a handful. Stir and let stand.
Prepare the linguine, then drain well keeping them wet, finally season with lemon sauce.
Served hot food or sprinkling with yeast and wheat germ.
