Roll the dough into the shape of many croquettes oval (if it is too soft add some breadcrumbs) and FRY in very hot oil.

per mollica si intende pangrattato...anch'io sono palermitano e a volte nelle ricette si rischia di creare casotti per un termine sbagliato
