Sliced seitan with zucchini

For 4 people: 500 gr zucchini-100 g of onion 1 sliced seitan-vegetable-1 cup of dry white wine-olive oil-salt-pepper
Wash and cut the zucchini into very thin finely.
Brown the finely chopped onion in a little oil, add the zucchini, salt, pepper and cook over a low heat with the lid on for about 15 minutes, then drizzle with the dry white wine, stir, cover and continue cooking until the liquid has been absorbed.
