Baked seitan with olives

Ingredients

For 4 people: 4 slices of seitan al naturale-20 green olives, pitted-4 cloves of garlic-breadcrumbs-extra virgin olive oil-Salt

Instructions

Breaded seitan slices in breadcrumbs.
Grease with oil the bottom of a large baking dish.
Add half of the chopped garlic and chopped green olives, pitted rounds.
Arrange the slices of seitan and, finally, cover the surface with the rest of the garlic and olives.
Add salt and bake in a hot oven for about 10-15 minutes at 200° c.
Served with a side salad or other vegetables of your choice.

io al posto dell'aglio ho messo una cipolla tagliata a fini rondelle, nel pangrattato ho aggiunto un mix d erbe, ho aggiunto poco cumino e poca panna vegetale solo nell'ultimo strato.Ho infine lasciato cuocere il tutto in forno caldo x 30'. Veramente gustoso :-)
