2 tablespoons peanut oil, 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger, 6 cloves garlic, 500 grams of mushrooms, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 2 liters of vegetable broth, 50 ml soy sauce, 500 grams of tofu, cubed 400 gr of beans, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, red pepper.
