Basic dough for pizza

Cover to choose from:
~ Grilled mixed vegetables with dried tomatoes and chopped capers and olives of Nocellara del Belice
° crumbled tofu, corn and asparagus
° layers of grilled peppers and capers or olives pitted
° artichoke Pate with grilled Eggplant and fresh parsley
° pâté with mushrooms with radicchio, cut into strips
° sautéed Zucchini and toasted pine nuts
° tomato, toasted pine nuts, chopped capers, black olives and chilli powder
° baked chips and rocket
° Italian chopped tomatoes, beans and a sprinkling of freshly ground pepper


Sprinkle the pizza dough with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, then proceed with the coverage of your choice and bake in hot oven: 250° C for a quarter of an hour.
Add any fresh herbs (e.g. Basil, Arugula, parsley, etc.) just before serving.
Serve hot with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil uncooked, preferably aromatic.
