Salad of celery, mushrooms and pine nuts

For 4 people:
100 grams of fresh porcini mushrooms
100 grams of fresh champignon mushrooms
80 g white celery ribs
30 grams of cabbage
40 g pine nuts
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil e.v.


Wash the mushrooms by deleting the last part of the stem.
Dry and cut into thin slices.
Wash the celery, remove any filaments of ribs and cut into cubes.
Peel and slice the cabbage into very thin strips.
Put the mushrooms, celery and chopped cabbage in a bowl and mix well.
Apart from 1/2 lemon juice pour it in a bowl with a pinch of salt, pepper and oil and mix well.
Use this sauce to flavor other ingredients.
Lastly, add the pine nuts, mix and serve.
