For 2 people:

fine salt
Pass the slices of seitan in a plate of flour, pressing well because you are evenly and shaking off excess flour.
With a small knife, derive from the lemon washed rind (the capability yellow, because the white one is bitter) and cut it into thin strips, about 1 mm.
Squeeze the lemon juice and keep aside.
In a large skillet, melt margarine ee brown slices of seitan, 3 minutes per side, until they are well browned on both sides.
At this point sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon rum and allow to evaporate a minute.
Season with a pinch of salt and wet the seitan with lemon juice and a few drops of soy sauce.
Combine the cooking liquid of the seitan slices of lemon and let cook a couple of minutes.
Serve the slices of seitan covered with the sauce.
