Peas with mint

800 g of peas, preferably fresh
1 shallot
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
fresh mint


Chop the shallot and fry it in oil.
Add the peas, add salt and stir in the mint after having chopped by hand.
Cover them with a finger of water and leave them on the flame until cooked peas.
