Ingredients

For 4 people: 800 g potatoes-300 grams of tofu-250 ml soy cream-Rosemary-olive oil-salt-pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200° C degrees.
Wash, Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Grease a baking pan with a little oil and place on the bottom of the pan with a layer of potato slices.
Chop the Rosemary and sprinkle the surface, season with salt and pepper, then cover with some slices of tofu and soy cream.
Repeat the layers, alternating potatoes, Rosemary, salt, pepper, tofu and cream and finish with a layer of potatoes, on which you will add a very thin layer of cream, a little minced Rosemary, salt and pepper.
Put the Pan in a hot oven and cook for about an hour.

Per rendere questo piatto ancora più gustoso potete utilizzare del tofu al sesamo oppure rosso (con pomodori e peperoncino) o alle nocciole, ecc.
