210 g flour (okay is the white one and the whole spelt or kamut)
150 g brown sugar or fructose
1 sachet of baking powder
40 g cocoa powder
120 g of dark chocolate cut into small pieces
250 ml soy milk
250 g butter melted soy
Put in a container big enough all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cocoa and sugar, then stir well to blend them in.
Add milk and mix well with a whisk or an electric mixer.
Add the melted butter and mix again.
Combine the chocolate into small pieces and stir.
Pour the mixture into the moulds for muffins after being anointed with soy butter or a little oil and making sure to fill them only half way up high.
Put them in the oven at 170° for about 20/25 minutes.
With this mixture can also be a great chocolate cake.
