Weird cookies with chocolate and hazelnuts

For 2 people
200 g flour
1 banana (replaces the eggs)
75 g margarine 100% vegetable or olive oil
100 g brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cream of tartar (natural yeast for cakes)
4 tablespoons of vegetable milk
100 g dark chocolate
shelled hazelnuts at will!


Place the flour making a "mound".
In the Middle put the banana, the margarine (or oil), sugar, cremortararo and milk.
Knead until the mixture is compact.
Add the coarsely chopped chocolate and hazelnuts, also incorporating them into the dough.
Formed into balls and mash.
Put them in the oven at 180° C for about 30 minutes.

ciao, ho fatto la ricetta già due volte, vorrei sapere se è possibile, al posto della banana, posso usare altra frutta? se si quale e quanta (gr)grazie

La banana sostituisce l'uovo. Potresti provare con i sostitutori vegani dell'uovo (in Inghilterra li vendono in negozi specializzati). Questa ricetta e' favolosa!
