Summer ice cream

200 ml of milk rice
200 ml of oat cream
150 g of fresh seasonal fruit
60 g brown sugar


Blend all ingredients together and place them in the ice cream maker or freezer.
In the latter case occasionally turn the mixture until it is the consistency of a snow cone.

come posso sostituire la panna d'avena? (no glutine)

prova con quella al cocco della linea cuisine di isola bio , è gluten free e non temere non sa di cocco in maniera così intensa da condizionare il gusto finale .
