Peas with leeks

For 4 people

6 small leeks, 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

200 gr of shelled fresh peas

.5 liter of vegetable stock

1 sprig of thyme

1 tablespoon soy sauce



Clean and wash the leeks and then slice thinly and sauté them in a pan with oil.

Stir often, and after a few minutes of cooking, add the shelled peas and vegetable broth.

After about twenty minutes of cooking over medium heat, add the thyme and soy sauce.

Stir well, Cook for a few minutes and then shut off the heat and serve.
