Chia pudding with strawberries

Ingredients

For 6 shot glasses 11 cl
400 g of ripe strawberries
1 cup shaved by 11 cl chia seeds
1 shot glass 11 cl rice milk
2 or 3 tablespoons of maple syrup (or agave)

To serve:
some whole strawberries
some banana slices or kiwi or other fruit of your choice
some almond flakes
a few drops of dark chocolate

Instructions

A breakfast or dessert with a delicate taste but very energizing!

Blend the strawberries with vegetable milk and maple syrup.
Pour the chia in a glass container (with lid for sealing).
Mix carefully the Strawberry Smoothie with chia and refrigerate for several hours or overnight, until the chia will not completely absorbed the liquid part.
Remove the container from the refrigerator, stir the mixture again with care and serve in cups whole strawberries and garnish with some other fruit of your choice.
Complete with almond flakes and add the finishing touch with a few drops of dark chocolate as decoration.
