Banana and avocado mousse with goji

For 6-8 people

1 banana

1 avocado

4 tablespoons maple or agave syrup

goji berries for garnish

A delicious dessert with an amazing mix of flavors that come from afar, for this reason it should be savoured sparingly in special moments!

Peel the banana and the avocado and cut them into small pieces, then mix into the glass using an immersion blender, after adding a natural sweetener (agave or maple syrup).

Blend until a consistent mousse.

You can keep it for a few hours in the refrigerator in an airtight container. In this case, before pouring it into the glasses or the bowls to serve it at table, mix again to revive it.

Serve garnishing it with goji berries, which well match as a contrast of flavor and color.
