Ingredients

For 4 people: 1 onion-250 ml soy milk-2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil-2 tbsp curry-1 tablespoon flour-salt

Instructions

Fry the finely chopped onion in a little olive oil. When Golden, add a tablespoon of flour and stir. United immediately after the milk while stirring to prevent lumps.
As soon as it starts boiling, stir in the curry powder and stir well to distribute evenly. Add a pinch of salt.
Cook for a few minutes and, if the sauce is too thick, mix garlic with a bit of soy milk.

suggerirei di aggiungere della mela grattuggiata finemente come puré

l'ho fatta con la curcuma anzichè con il curry.....è terribile, amarissima....non provateci! bleah!

Io consiglio di usare il latte di cocco cremoso (non quello da bere) al posto della farina ed il latte di soia! Il gusto uscirà più azzeccato e la consistenza sarà ottima :)
