Ingredients

For 2 1/2/3 persons: kg of frozen spinach-50 g pine nuts – 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil-salt-pepper-nutmeg

Instructions

Cook the spinach in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes since resumes to boil. Drain and leave in colander to let them lose well all the cooking water.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan then add the spinach, well drained and pine nuts. Taste and season if necessary with salt and pepper and sprinkle with nutmeg. Stir thoroughly and cook for a few minutes before serving them hot.
