Wash and clean a bunch of fresh watercress leaves, cut into small pieces and add to spinach. Grated two carrots, add a small handful of walnuts and chop and a tablespoon of raisins let them soak for a few minutes in a tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix well, add salt and season to taste with olive oil or with three tablespoons of soy yogurt.
