Tofu with taco

For 6 servings: 330 gr. 1/2 cup of tofu-Brown rice or bulgur (burghul), 1/4 cup of cooked-peanuts-1/2 green pepper, chopped-2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/4 teaspoon-chili powder-1/4 cup of ketchup-half teaspoon of salt or 1 tablespoon red miso-2 or 3 tablespoons olive oil-6 tortilla
accompaniments: chopped tomatoes-chopped onion-sliced lettuce-Tabasco sauce or taco sauce
Mix first 8 ingredients into a bowl and crush them well together. Heat oil in frying pan and fry the tortilla, then fill them with your favorite accompaniments, cover with the mixture of tofu, seasoned with Tabasco sauce.
