Ingredients

For 5 or 6 persons: 500 gr penne-500 gr of ripe tomatoes-50 g capers-onion-Basil-olive oil-Salt and pepper

Instructions

Blanch the tomatoes in hot water in order to remove the Peel.
Sauté the onion in the oil, add the capers and cook.
Add the chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta and toss with the sauce, sprinkle with chopped Basil.
