200 grams of rice profilee-100 g rice malt syrup-1/2 liter of soy milk-1/2 l of water-2 apples-60 g raisins-80 gr of shelled almonds and peeled-1 orange 1-teaspoon salt-oil (for greasing the Pan)
Rinse the rice and then cook with soy milk, water and salt.
Cook the rice over a low heat (3/4 covered with a lid) for about 30 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.
Soak the raisins and chopped almonds.
Peel the apples and cut them into chunks, then douse with orange juice (if you prefer, you can also change the aroma and use cinnamon or lemon).
Once cooked and dried rice, dolcificatelo malt and add apples, raisins and almonds.
Mix well with a wooden spoon and let it sit.
Preheat the oven to 150° C, put the mixture into a baking pan greased with oil and cook for about 30 minutes.
Serve cold sliced.
