Spaghetti with lettuce

For 4 people:
400 g spaghetti
4 small heads of lettuce
1 clove of garlic
Chili to taste.
4 tablespoons olive oil e.v.
salt to taste.


Clean the heads of lettuce, leaving them whole, removing only the damaged outer leaves.
Heat a pan with 1/2 a litre of water, and when it reaches the boil, dip the heads of lettuce.
Cook for a few minutes, drain and put them in the colander to remove excess water.
Heat the oil in a frying pan with the cloves of peeled garlic and add chopped chili pepper to taste.
Before the garlic take too much color, delete it and add the lettuce cut into strips and salt.
Let Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
Meanwhile the water begins to boil spaghetti cooking: pour the spaghetti and cook the tooth, stirring occasionally.
Once cooked, drain and disponteli on a plate, then add the cooked salad.
Stir well and serve immediately.
