For 4 people: 4 Williams pears or Abbot, 100 grams of dark chocolate, a tiny bit of soy milk (or oats or rice)
Wash the pears and place in a baking dish just greased (with a little olive oil or margarine) because they do not attack. Cook for about 10 minutes in a hot oven. Before they are knocked out with a fork that are soft inside.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a pan, adding a little bit of soy milk (or rice or oat, as you prefer).
When the chocolate has completely melted (the consistency should not be too runny) sprinkle pears-arranged each on their saucer-and serve, optionally accompanied by a dry biscuit (which will also be used to collect the melted chocolate poured onto the plate).
