Ingredients

For 4 people
4 Weisswurst of tofu (white sausage with tofu)
1 onion
200 g of tomato sauce
200 g of ketchup
4 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

This dish is a classic German dishes, especially in Berlin, but here obviously I propose 100% cruelty-free version!

Start by preparing the curry sauce and saute onion in slicing extra virgin olive oil.
Add the curry and cumin, mix it well with the sauce making unleash all their aroma, then add the tomato sauce and ketchup.
Leave on the heat for a few minutes then finally serve this hot sauce on the weisswurst, which in the meantime you proceeded to grill to brown them on all sides.
Before pouring the curry sauce on the weisswurst, cut into slices about 1 cm thick.
After being sprinkled with salsa in their plates, sprinkle with a pinch of curry powder and serve with a side of potatoes, in the typical German tradition ... but this time without cruelty!

P.s. This curry sauce goes very well with the potatoes or other vegetables, cereals, legumes ... yummmmmm!

DANKE DEUTSCHLAND!!! :o)
